I'm excited to have my short story about a rescue dog published in My Weekly's 2 May issue. While I didn't rescue the Dude, we know quite a few rescues and their rescuers are my heroes. I'm happy to confess that I cried while writing this story (in a good way).
I hope you enjoy it.

Yep, we'll be back at Goodwoof again this year. If you see us, please do come over. We don't bite, and we WILL have Dog Park Detective stickers and cheat-sheet bookmarks (which I'm incredibly proud of)!

We're working on a release date, but I'm SO looking forward to being a guest on the iconic Anna Webb's A Dog's Life Podcast. Expect to hear us to discuss dogs, The Dog Park Detectives and life with hounds.
I'll post a release date (and link) as soon as I have one!

I have a special place in my heart for this event. In 2019 my publisher showcased an early copy of my debut (City of Spies) there, and every time I've been back, it's been magical. I'm leaving my furry familiar behind (gutted!) but looking forward clinking glasses with old friends, and making new ones. See you there?

Keep an eye out for this one!
I'll be on a panel with 2 other dog-loving crime writers (including the amazing Louisa Scarr) this September. There'll be readings. There'll be talks about dogs. And as it'll be online, there'll probably be canine carnage in the background as the Dude (also?) has opinions on most things...
The Pack are back with another tail of intrigue from the back side of crime!
The 3rd Dog Park Detectives book, Paw and Order, is now live!
Canine chaos will reign - prepare yourself for more pooches, parks, and peril...

C is for Creating Communities in Crime Fiction
I'm was so chuffed to be on a panel at this year's Capital Crime with legends the Rev Richard Coles, Suk Pannu, and Tim Sullivan. We had a great time talking about creating communities in crime fiction ... and dogs. Hard not to talk about dogs with 3 other dog lovers (sorry, Tim!)!

Having had a brilliant time last year, the Dude and I (and a few friends) headed down to Goodwoof again this year. We missed the dachshund parade (due to my poor scheduling), but had a brilliant time. If you haven't gone before, we highly recommend it!

I'm delighted to have an article on how The Dude helps me date in Good Housekeeping Magazine - check it out online now!

The Pack are back for another adventure!
The 2nd Dog Park Detectives book, Bone of Contention, launched 24 April. Prepare yourself for more pooches, parks, and peril!
